And we had a fabulous mother daughter book group discussion based on the following questions:<\/p>\n

  2. What is the sisterly relationship like between Mackenzie and Daphne?<\/li>\n
  3. Why do you think Mac and Cheese are friends?<\/li>\n
  4. Are you more like Mac or Cheese?<\/li>\n
  5. What is Mac\u2019s huge mistake and what would you have done if you were her teacher, Mrs. Kearny?<\/li>\n
  6. Do adults make mistakes?<\/li>\n
  7. How did Mackenzie fix her big mistake? How did Mrs. Kearny fix her\u2019s?<\/li>\n
  8. Talk\u00a0about a time when you made a mistake. How did you fix it?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The discussion was lively, the kids were laughing and the moms were having equally as much fun. And to hear them all discussing the antics of one Mackenzie Goode was magic for her author.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
