Thanks to Gina Rubin and Michele Blackington of the Harrington Park Library, I got a chance to recite poems from my book Poems on Fruits and Odes to Veggies, to the wonderful kids of Harrington Park.  What fun we had, shouting the word zucchini at the top of our lungs, popping grapes, and creating our own poem.  My program was part of an ongoing series at the Harrington Park Library called Monday Night Madness.  This program brings kids to the library and gets them interested in reading.  Me?  I’m just happy I got to be a little part of it.  Thanks!

And in more exciting news, my book, Poems and Odes, will be available to purchase next week.  I signed off of the final proof and I am so pleased with the results.  I think you guys will be pleased too.  Certainly the kids from Harrington Park were!  I will let you know when the books are available, and where, besides this site, you will be able to purchase them.
