Buttered Acorn Squash

Ingredients:

  • Acorn Squash
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Cut squash in half – crosswise
  3. Scoop out Seeds
  4. Slice bottom (so it stands firm in oven) and place on baking sheet
  5. Fill cavity with butter and brown sugar
  6. Bake for 1 hour
  7. Mix acorn squash with butter and brown sugar and eat right from squash bowl
  8. Enjoy!
