Buttered Acorn Squash
Ingredients:
- Acorn Squash
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425
- Cut squash in half – crosswise
- Scoop out Seeds
- Slice bottom (so it stands firm in oven) and place on baking sheet
- Fill cavity with butter and brown sugar
- Bake for 1 hour
- Mix acorn squash with butter and brown sugar and eat right from squash bowl
- Enjoy!
